OUR STORY BEGINS WITH OUR CO-FOUNDERS WHO GREW UP OVERSEAS ENJOYING HEALTHY, DELICIOUS, AND FRAGRANT ROTISSERIE CHICKEN AND DECIDED TO INTRODUCE IT IN HONG KONG WHICH HAS PROVEN TO BE A SUCCESS STORY WHERE PEOPLE HAVE EMBRACED THE SAME LOVE AND APPRECIATION FOR THIS ROAST PERI-PERI CHICKEN.
WE ARE KNOWN FOR OUR PERI-PERI ROAST CHICKEN. THEY ARE MARINATED WITH OUR SECRET RECIPE FOR 24 HOURS BEFORE BEING ROASTED ON OUR OPEN FLAMES CUSTOM DESIGNED ROTISSERIE.
